Maslow 's Hierarchy of Needs theory explains the needs of any human during all stages of his growth . this theory parallel many theories in human development psychology.it consists of psychological needs , safety , belongingness and love , Esteem and Self Actualization at the top of the hierarchy. 


Maslow studied the biography of many shiny people he called exemplary people  such as  Jane Addams, Eleanor Roosevelt , Albert Einstein and Frederic Douglass. He doesn't study Mentally ill , Unhealthy , immature people which may cripple psychology. he also studied the top 1% healthiest population of student population

 Einstein is considered the most famous and influential physics scientist in the 20th century and over the ages . he was born at Ulm, Württemberg, Germany in 1879In 1921, he was granted Nobel Prize for his explanation of photoelectric phenomena.he is famous for the theory of relativity.he is also known for his serious equation mass-energy equivalence which began the atomic age and nuclear weapon manufacturing . he published more than 300 scientific paper along with over 150 non-scientific papers. his great intelligence make the word "Einstein" as a synonymous of genius. his end was on April 18, 1955, in Princeton, New Jersey

At the age of Five , Messi began to play football to a local club Grandoli and he was coached by his father Jorge.At the age of Eleven Messi was diagnosed by growth hormone deficiency and the medication would cost 900$ a month . the amount his father was unable to afford and Messi was famous for the "the flea" for his diminutive stature , Messi soon came in the Notice of the director of FC Barcelona Carles Rexach in atrial match , at the age of 13 Messi was offered to play for FC Barcelona and in return the club will pay the bills then he moved to  club 's youth academy , which is proved to be a turning point in his life
